GENERALS
Any order implies adherence to our general conditions of sale regardless of the clauses that may appear on the customer’s order forms.
If by favor, the Private Address company does not make play one of these clauses, it does not give up to prevail itself the next time.
ORDERS
All orders must be dated, signed and bear a commercial stamp.
RATES
The invoiced prices are based on the tariff in force on the day of the delivery, whatever the date of reception of the order.
Private Address reserves the right to modify its tariff at any time. All our prices are subject to the VAT in force on the day of the sale.
Prices are subject to fluctuations due to currency variations and changes in the tariffs of manufacturers or suppliers.
INSURANCES
The buyer will be covered by the necessary insurances for any damage caused by his own acts and that of the material.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Unless otherwise stipulated, our invoices are payable with a deposit of 50% and the balance on delivery or collection of the material, no discount is provided for early payment.
Special cases, agreements for payment within 30, 60 days etc., are indicated on the front of the invoice.
In case of late payment, a penalty will be payable and calculated on a day-to-day basis from the day following the due date, based on an interest rate of 11.50%.
DELIVERY
Delivery times are given as an indication only.
Possible delays, whatever the causes, importance and consequences, do not give the buyer the right to cancel the sale, to refuse the goods or to claim damages. All our products are deemed to be taken.
The products travel at the risk of the recipient who must check the contents of the packages in the presence of the deliveryman and have any anomalies noted. Claims must be presented to the carrier within a maximum of 3 days and to Private Address within 8 days after the date of receipt of the products, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The shipping costs will be fixed with the buyer at the time of the order. No product return will be accepted without prior written authorization from Private Address. The responsibility of Private Address can in no case go beyond the replacement or the refund of the defective product.
PROPERTY
Law N° 80-335 of 12 May 1980.
By express agreement between Private Address and the buyer, it is agreed that the products sold by Private Address will remain its property until full payment is received, which is the only way to transfer ownership.
In the absence of payment at one of the agreed terms, the sale will be cancelled by right.
